1. How do I place an order?
Browse products, add them to your cart, click checkout, specify your delivery address in Sudan, choose your payment option, and confirm the order.
2. What payment methods are accepted?
We support local Sudanese payment methods: Bankak (Mokhtar/Fawry), SyberPay, credit card payment, Cash on Delivery (COD) in major cities, and AutoPay wallets.
3. How long does delivery take?
Deliveries inside Khartoum, Bahri, and Omdurman usually take 24-48 hours. Shipments to other Sudanese states take between 3 to 7 working days depending on location.
4. Can I sell my own products on NileMart?
Yes! Anyone with a registered business or valid local ID can register as a seller. Go to our Sell on NileMart page to get started.
5. What is the return policy?
