NileMart aims to maintain a high-trust, safe, and professional marketplace for both buyers and sellers. All registered merchants must comply with this policy.

Merchant Code of Conduct:

• Authentic Goods Only: Listing counterfeit or fake products is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension.
• Fulfillment Performance: Sellers must ship orders within their stated handling times. Repeated delays may lower merchant scores.
• Fair Pricing: Price gouging and deceptive pricing are prohibited. All discounts must reflect genuine price drops.
