- Transaction & Payment Data: We collect details related to your purchases and sales, payment method information (processed securely by our payment partners), shipping details, and communications related to orders.
- Content Data: We collect information you post on the Platform, such as product listings, reviews, and comments.
- Communications Data: We collect information when you contact our support team, participate in surveys, or communicate with other users through the Platform.
2.2. Information We Collect Automatically
- Device & Technical Data: We automatically collect your IP address, browser type, operating system, device identifiers, and information about your interaction with our Platform, such as pages visited and features used.

- For Personalization and Improvement: To personalize your experience with AI-driven product recommendations, customized search results, and to analyze usage patterns to improve our Platform's functionality. This includes using GenAI features to enhance product descriptions and analyze reviews.
- For Marketing and Communications: To send you transactional emails, marketing promotions (with your consent), and important notices about the Platform.
- For Legal and Compliance Purposes: To comply with our legal obligations under Sudanese law, respond to lawful requests from government authorities, and resolve disputes.

We share your information only when necessary. This includes sharing your shipping details with Sellers and logistics partners to fulfill your order, and with payment providers to process payments. We do not sell your personal data.

- Sellers & Brand Partners: To fulfill your orders, we provide Sellers with necessary information such as your name, shipping address, and order details.
